Adolescents are a vulnerable age group prone to experiencing nutritional problems due to unhealthy consumption patterns, particularly high consumption of fast food and junk food. This condition can trigger the risk of obesity and degenerative diseases in the future. Solutions for preventing obesity from adolescence can be implemented by managing energy balance, adopting sufficient and quality sleep patterns, and engaging in regular and sustainable physical activities. Nutritional education for adolescents can also be conducted using various media, including Kahoot. Understanding the influence of nutritional education on fast food and junk food, using Kahoot, on the knowledge and dietary intake of high school adolescents. The type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. With a population of 390 individuals and a research sample of 30 students from grade X chosen based on inclusion criteria. Data were collected through a knowledge questionnaire based on Kahoot as well as a 24-hour food recall before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the paired sample t-test. There is a difference in nutritional knowledge among adolescents before and after being given nutrition education using the Kahoot media with a p value of 000. There is also a difference in the intake of Energy, Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrates among adolescents before and after being given nutrition education using the Kahoot media with a p value of 000. Nutrition education using Kahoot can improve students' knowledge and nutritional intake.
